Guests have full access to all three floors of the home, as well as exclusive use of the fully fenced backyard. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.

There is two off-street parking spaces located at the rear of the property, and additional free street parking is available with no time limits.

There is a separate, private suite within the home that is occupied by a long-term tenant. They have their own private entrance and do not share any guest spaces.

Home is professionally managed by Sea to Sky Vacation Rental. Guests may arrange add-on services such as fridge & bar stocking prior to arrival, babysitter services, mid-stay cleaning, in home catering. Just let us know what you're looking for! Additional fees apply.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
